This month, I shot more film for class and began to refine those skills. While on spring break, I visited my sister in Nashville, Tennessee and took pictures of three adorable dogs (and some cool humans, too).
Dog lovers, this post is for you!
The first few pictures are from the garden of my grandmother’s retirement home, but the rest are from an antique yard called Cline’s Country Antiques. (Feb. 25 + Mar. 16) More info about Cline’s: http://www.clinesantiquesmpnc.com
I shot most of this roll at Cline’s then finished it on trees of UNCC’s campus. (Mar. 16 + 18) More info about Cline’s: http://www.clinesantiquesmpnc.com
Sam and Lizzy, a good friend of my sister, invited us over for dinner while I was in Nashville. They are proud puppy parents of Maybel (L) and Larry (R)! (Mar. 8)
Yes, the dogs prefer to be held like this.
If you’ve seen my other posts, then you probably recognize the handsome Dalmatian on the left, Barnes! These three are best friends and could not be any cuter together.
Sam is a country music singer, and Lizzy is a woodworker–she built the bench they are sitting on! More about Sam: https://www.facebook.com/samgrowfans/ More about Lizzy: https://www.facebook.com/SawdustJunkies/
If you’re curious: yes, it WAS difficult to get them to all look at the camera at the same time.
May May loves her big brother Larry!
Morgan is also a proud fur mama to Barnes the “puppy”; he’s not even a year old yet and he’s THIS big! (Mar. 9)
Although this looks like a scowl at first glance, it’s obvious that Barnes sees and knows who his loving mama is.
No one can resist this crazy dog’s eyes!
While home, I managed to get my dog Buddy to stay still for 3.1 seconds for a good picture. Isn’t it amazing how dogs look like they understand everything you say? (Mar. 11)
